about End of Dialing while dialing minimum or maximum numbers. Valid range: 01 to 99 seconds. Default:
5 seconds.
• Transfer Notification Timer: This is the time for which the system will wait for notification of the status of
a transferred call, i.e. whether the transfer target is busy, has answered, has disconnected, etc. Refer “Call
Transfer” topic to know more. Valid Range: 01-99 secs. Default: 60 seconds.
• Play Routing Tone: By default, when calls are routed from Mobile and SIP trunk and no response is
received from the called party, the system Plays Routing Tone to the caller.
You may clear the Play Routing Tone check box, if you do not want the system to play routing tone.
• Call Release Timer: This Timer may also be used to restrict the duration of calls made from the FXS port,
Mobile Port and SIP trunks. This timer allows the system to release the matured calls made from the FXS
port, Mobile Port and from SIP trunks after a specified time period.
The Call Release Timer is used for disconnecting calls that remain connected in certain conditions. For
example, the FXS port has disconnected the call, but no disconnect event is received from the SIP trunk.
In this case, the call remains live in the system. On the expiry of the Call Release Timer, this call will be
disconnected.
To apply this timer, select the Call Release Timer check box and set the Timer to the required duration
from 001 to 999 minutes. Default: 999 Minutes.
• VoIP Silence Disconnect Timer: This feature allows the system to disconnect the call if silence is
detected during speech, for more than the specified duration.
To apply this timer, select the VoIP Silence Disconnect Timer check box and set the Timer to the
required duration from 001 to 99 minutes. Default: 99 Minutes
• RCOC Record Delete Timer: You can delete the RCOC records either automatically by specifying time
duration in the field 'RCOC Record Delete Timer'. Valid range: 1 to 999 minutes. Default: 999 minutes.
You can also delete the RCOC records any time you want by clicking the 'Clear RCOC Table' button.
• Forward Error Correction: Forward Error Correction is used for data transmission whereby ATA211G
adds redundant data to its messages, which allows the receiver to detect and correct errors without asking
the sender for additional data.
Select the Forward Error Correction check box to enable. Default: Disabled.
• Voice Activity Detection: Voice Activity Detection is a software application which allows data network,
carrying voice traffic over the internet, to detect the absence of audio and conserve bandwidth by
preventing the transmission of Silent Packets over the network.
Select the Voice Activity Detection check box if you want SETU ATA211G to apply Voice Activity
Detection (also called Silence Suppression). Default: Disabled.
• Default 'Admin' password when 'User' defaults the ATA?: By default, the Admin Password will be set
to its default value, when the User sets the system to default.
To keep the Admin Password unchanged, disable this flag. Default: Enabled.
