There are two important passwords for the configuration of ATA211G viz Admin Password and User
Password. Admin password protects the access to whole configuration while User password protects the
access to only few configuration of ATA211G.
If you forgot the user password but you still have access to admin password, you can login to Web Jeeves
and change the user password. But, if you forgot the admin password, you need to default the Password
using access code '#***' from the Phone, connected to the ATA211G.

Q.16 I am not able to access the Web Jeeves since I forgot the IP address of LAN port of ATA211G. How
can I know the IP address of LAN port?
Ans. You can use the system commands to know the IP address of LAN/WAN port of ATA211G. Ensure that
you have the SLT (compatible for CLI type) connected to the FXS port.
Q.17 Can I make call to PSTN, GSM number using the Mobile port of ATA211G?
Ans. Yes. You can make call to any PSTN, GSM number using the Mobile port of ATA211G. You need to select
the Mobile port by the command for 'Selective Trunk Access - Mobile', #83 followed by the number to be
dialed. You can also do this by configuring the 'Outgoing Call Route' to 'Mobile' in the Web page 'FXS
Port',
before dialing the desired number or by setting 'Dialed Number Based Routing'.
Q.18 Incoming calls on Mobile port of ATA211G does not place on FXS port. Why?
Ans. Check the destination route configured in Webpage 'Mobile Port'.
Q.19 Can I change the configuration of ATA211G to factory default?
Ans. Yes. You can change the configuration to factory default. Refer “Reinstate Factory Defaults” for this
information.
Q.20 Can I select the SIP Trunk or Mobile port to make OG call?
Ans. Yes. You can dial first the access code for the Mobile, SIP1, SIP2 or SIP3 and then dial the required
number for OG call.
Q.21 Can I use the ATA211G for Least Cost Routing (LCR) application?
Ans. Yes. You can do this by selecting 'Dialed Number based Routing' for parameter 'OG Call Route' in Web
page for 'FXS Port'. After selecting option for routing, program in the Webpage 'Dialed Number Table', the
numbers to be dialed and corresponding SIP Trunk or Mobile port as Destination Route which is cheaper
for the call to be made.
Q.22 Can I route the Incoming calls on SIP to Mobile Port?
Ans. Yes. You can configure suitable routing option for 'Route the Incoming Calls' in the Webpage 'SIP Trunk'.

Q.23 Though SIM card is inserted in the SIM card slot, LED labeled as 'L2' is blinking fast in Power On
state?
Ans. Check whether the SIM card is inserted properly. If not, insert SIM card properly and restart the system.
Also check whether the SIM is activated. If deactivated, activate the SIM and check.
Q.24 LEDs are not glowing after power up?
Ans. Check the power supply between mains and DC jack of ATA211G.
Q.25 Can I use the SIM PIN protection in ATA211G?
Ans. Yes, you can use the SIM PIN protection in ATA211G. (Refer SIM PIN feature in “Mobile Port” topic)
